I finished my first week of school.

I'm so sorry for being absent! *Bows* Gomenesai! I've just been pulling amazing hours. Three out of the five days, I had band practice after school, and on Thursday I had a football game. My only really off day was Wednesday, and I used it to do things that didn't involve the computer ='D. So if I was slow responding to a comment you wrote or something, forgive me. I need to clean my inbox again asdfjkl;.

Well, school is pretty cool so far. I like all of my teachers, and the classes seem really good, but I'm a little afraid that I overloaded. All of my core classes are either AP or Pre-AP, and on top of that are all the rumors that junior year is the hardest year >_<. (Yes I'm a junior! WTF I dun wanna be an upperclassman D8!) I just hope I can, you know, have a life. I don't want to be doing homework from the time I get home to the time I go to bed. That's not cool.

But like I said, all the classes are awesome, so. (And man, it wasn't a lie when some friends told me that Art 2 Drawing turns you into a picture factory.)

AND BY THE WAY, MARCHING BAND IS AMAZING RIGHT NOW! I just thought I'd let you guys know. (Not that it really matters to anyone but my RL friends. XD) Seriously, though, we sound better than we have in any year past. I have high hopes for this year. And Movement 2 is going to be on the field by the next football game, so I'm EXCITED. (I love learning drill. Loveitloveitloveit.)

Okay so um. I have no idea what to talk about 8D. Man I need to update this account. Emo sob.

Lol, yeah. XD AP classes are seriously hardcore. Especially the history ones. @_@

Anyways, I moved into my dorm last thursday. =D It's soooo weird to be in college. o.o Seriously freaky.

Well, just to comfort you, I havent had as much time as I normaly do either cause of two ap classes. But I really like them! It is a totally diffrent atmosphere than regular classes, and I like the kind of homework they give as apposed to "worksheet worksheet worksheet".

I don't think it's even possible to take an AP class at our school until Senior year. D: So none of those. But I am taking Honors English 3 and "Future Problem Solving [through] American History"... (Yeeeah, it's complicated. XD) I really have nothing to complain about, really.

Whoaz, guess who else is taking a Drawing class. :] And yes, it does crank out the pictures. Wooooot.

Really? That's weird. It seems pretty late o_o. We have them offered starting sophomore year (in select classes, though. The selection expands in junior year and the full array is offered in senior year.)

See, Texas is weird, because while the rest of the United States seems to have "honors" classes, we don't have those. We have Pre-AP, which is a prep class for AP that's between normal and AP level, but when a course is offered in AP, there is no inbetween. There's no honors class for people who want a challenging class, but don't want to go college-level. I find it kind of annoying, but well >_<.

"Future Problem Solving Through American History"? That sounds like an interesting course. I wanna sample that one XDD.

WOOT! Yay Drawing! (Now we can both share in the picture-factory-ness.)

Yeah, I do like their atmosphere. They seem just more...varied, serious, and enthusiastic. Their activities seem to have more meaning and they catch my interest more than those in normal courses. And the students are more attentive, too, which does my state of mind much good. And the homework is pretty awesome, when you exclude the reading notes XD. Ugh, I've never ever liked those.

I'm glad your liking them! I hope you can hold on to one, it would be sad to see you drop to regular ;A;.

Oh, geez, the history ones are DEMANDING. And my first AP class was a history one, too. There was no transition, just BAM your life is officially stolen. It really got my butt in gear and taught me a few things, though.

Oh, whoa. Ugh, I can only imagine! That has to be just freaky! How's the dorm? Are they as bad as I've heard? XD

Yeah, the only way to survive an AP history course is to get things in gear. It's too easy to burn out otherwise.

And actually, I'm in an atypically nice dorm. =D It was just finished being built over the summer, so this is the first year it has residents. ^_^ Also, it's sorta apartment style, so my roomate and I each have our own rooms. =D I was so totally lucky. XD
